Motivasi Petani Terhadap Peremajaan Tanaman Kelapa Sawit di Kecamatan Sungai Bahar Kabupaten Muaro Jambi

Motivation as a form of encouragement that arises from farmers both outside and inside towards oil palm rejuvenation which encourages to do those who have not done in order improve agricultural development through increasing the productivity plants. This study aimed to: 1) To describe condition Sungai Bahar Sub-district, Muaro Jambi Regency, 2) find out difference motivation between had yet District, Regency. research was carried July August 2021 Regency intentionally (purposively).
